Paneer 65...

Paneer 65, as the name may make anyone wonder why it's called Paneer 65. I think it's all because of its crunchy and spicy taste which can even make a 65-year-old person jump with joy. It's an Indian vegetarian evening snack , liked by all age groups from a small kid to aged people. It's easy to make, and the ingredients used in this recipe are also readily available in the kitchen every time, this snack gets requested. So, here is the recipe , with few of my own additions to it... Ingredients: 15 cube shaped Paneer pieces (cottage cheese) 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion 1 Fine chopped Green chilli 1/2 cup Fine chopped Capsicum 2 Tbsp Maida 1Tbsp Rice Flour 3/4 Tbsp Corn Flour 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala 1/2 Coriander powder 1/2 Red chilli powder 10-12 Fresh Curry Leaves 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce (optional) 1/2 cup Hung Curd Salt as per your taste Oil for stir frying the paneer cubes Metho

Marwari Tikadia...

This recipe is about an Indian fully vegetarian marwari dish, which I learnt very recently from my marwari friend. In this dish, rotis or tortillas are made by stuffing masaledar pappads. So, here is the recipe with self taken pics to help everyone understand it better... Ingredients: wheat atta dough - kneaded with salt and water 5 pappad of your choice 3 Finely chopped onion 2 Finely chopped tomatoes 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (zeera) 5 Finely chopped green chilies 1 tsp red chilli powder salt to taste 4 tbsp+ Ghee fresh mint leaves to garnish Method: Roast all the pappads one by one directly on flame or you can do this in microwave too. By setting the microwave at 900 degrees temp for 1 minute till crisp. Then crush them by hand in a dry bowl. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt as per your taste and 1 tbsp ghee. Mix all the ingredients nicely and keep aside. Filling mixture Now

Fish Shaped Stuffed Paratha...

As we all know kids simply don't like to play with same toys daily or even wear same color dress daily in fact they don't like to repeat the same color dress that they wore in morning the same day in evening too. So, how can they agree to eat same round paratha or roti daily that too 3 times a day. I am very sure almost every mum faces this situation in her home with their kids. So here I am sharing the recipe as a proposed solution but not for long to this common issue. Ingredients: For Dough: 2 cup Maida or wheat flour 1/2 Tsp Salt or as per your taste For Filling: In this, we can simply use anything which kids or the person who is meant to eat likes. We can even use the spring rolls filling or even the very famous Indian snack i.e. Bhujiya (any version). 1 cup Fine chopped cabbage 1/2 cup shredded Paneer (cottage cheese) 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion 1/2 cup fresh Sprouts 1/2 cup Fine chopped Carrot 1 Fine chopped Green chilli
